Because each item is custom made, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, or minor variations in color, or design. These variations are part of the character of handcrafted goods. 

Production Errors

If you believe your item has a genuine production error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will review want to make it right and will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • Shaping: All frames are different and shaping may be required for best fit. The need to shape doesn't indicate a production error. If shaping doesn't solve your issues please contact us.

Shipping Issues
